  • Urgent! Why mp3 file is automatically played?

    • I got an urgent request from my boss asking why mp3 is automatically played on the site I am admin but not the original developer.

      Here is the link: http://rhccc.ca/en/index.php/onlinesermon

      As you can see, once you enter the page, the mp3 file will be automatically played. I need to disable this and only play it when user click on the play icon.

    • I checked the source code, there is a line:

      <script type="text/javascript" src="/ch/templates/rt_panacea_j15/js/flowplayer-3.2.4.min.js"></script>

      I am not sure if flowplayer-3.2.4 is the player but I couldn't find it in plugin manager

      Can anyone please help me? Thank you very much in advance

      Do you think this is played by flowplayer? I couldn't see it installed in the site, is there any where else that I can find the flowplayer?

    • I am 80% sure that Flowplayer comes with Gantry, and because RocketTheme is based on Gantry, so flowplayer is there by default, I believe there should be somewhere to config the setting, but I just couldn't find it.

      Can anyone help please?!!!!!

    • You are mistaken about flowplayer. I can 100% confirm that it is not part of Gantry, nor is it one of our products at all.

      If I had the answer to your question I certainly would share it, the links Prim provided will be more useful to you than asking your questions here - we just don't know the answer because it's not a product we develop.

      And please do not PM without a request, thank you for understanding.

    • No problem. Part of troubleshooting issues is determining where you need to look for answers, as knowing that will help you find them faster. Since flowplayer has it's own website, that's where you want to look for answers.

      For reference - we do not offer media players / flash based plugins, extensions or components of any kind. The closest thing we have is RokBox, which is only a Javascript popup window, any playback functionality seen there is not made by us.

    • The reason why I thought the flowplayer was brought in by RocketTheme is I notice there is a folder called \flowplayer under RocketTheme's folder, please see the screenshot:

      I don't understand why flowplayer was there but I don't see any installation in admin's plugin manager or module manager :cry: :evil:
