In this age of targeted messaging, I would like to make a suggestion for future developments for Roksprocket. It may be a good idea for admins to have the options of selecting the text for "read more" text buttons. For example, The new component could have a number of pre-set "read more" options to select from, such as, Read More, Learn More, Visit Now, View Now, Listen Now, Buy Now, Upload Now, Free Download, etc., as one concept. Or, there could be a "Read More" customizable area that allows the admin to type in the name of what they would like the "Read More" button to say.
At the end of the day, this would allow us to not be locked into just one selection for the whole roksprocket component/module. This would make the component really flexible, as many of us sometimes decide to not use the component unless we are using it for just a single purpose, which in today's world of custom landing pages designed for various user messages, just does not make much sense, and therefore, we opt for solutions that often times exclude roksprocket. Roksprocket is such a great component already, but when folks are looking to increase conversion rates, via call to action contexts, then having the ability to make those changes in the "Read More" area can make all the difference.
