RocketLauncher - Joomla 1.0.13+

I joined the club today, eager to download template(s). However, as being a newbie not even downloaded a template yet, I have to ask:
1) If I install RocketLauncher, will I suddenly have downgraded my Joomla from 1.0.13+ to 1.0.12? (I've just paid a guy for UPgrading, so...)
2) Will RocketLauncher (and therefore Joomla 1.0.12 version) install with any template I download?
3) If not, will the downloaded templates work without RocketLauncher?

The RocketLauncher is using Joomla 1.0.12. As by your first question, you may not be aware that the RocketLauncher is a complete Joomla install so you cannot override a previous installation. It will be brand new so to speak.
For 2, again RocketLauncher is a complete install so you can install any template with it
3, not sure if these are all related to what I have already said but each RocketLauncher pack has a particular template already installed.

I have, of course, read the articles about RocketLauncher before I asked my questions, I even watched a movie
I am greatful you took your time to answer me, but must admit you answer just got me more confused (if possible ;D ).
I do understand what I can do with RocketLauncher AFTER installing it, but no article says anything about this topic.
And I must say... Why on earth is RocketLauncher not upgraded to latest Joomla version for every template? Or at least that it says NB Old Joomla Version! ? It is only at random luck that I know the number of my Joomla version, and that it was released recently. Most newbies doesn't know anything about this, and I have used much time and money to get top Joomla version installed under my domains, so I am not doing anything to interrupt with that.
Therefore, again: I might be slightly s l o w (not the first time that would happen, lol)... But hope to be enlightened.
So, I'll try to rephrase my questions, based on your answers:
1) You kind of answered a bit strange, based on my question. However, if I read your answer right, then it confirmes what I was afraid of, meaning; if I install RocketLauncher, I will suddenly have downgraded to Joomla 1.0.12. And that just ain't gonna happen.
2) I didn't ask about that, as this I did understand. What I was asking was if RocketLauncher is "hidden" inside templates.
3) I didn't ask about that, what I wanted to know was if I can download templates and use them withouth downloading/installing RocketLauncher.
The answers I get here, will decide weither I withdraw my membership or not. If I have to install RocketLauncher to use the templates, and that that means I then have to re-install Joomla 1.0.13 after installing RL... Then my membership is off. So, again; hope to be enlightened

Hello,
Simply install your joomla preferred version... then download your rocket template and install... this all...
Rockt Luncher is only a joomla distribution with the template preinstalled...
