Help!! Fatal Error - ERROR 3070

Hi, I am using your Voxel template and I suddenly have a fatal error, I can't get to the administrator panel or the front end

I haven't done anything to the site at all, I've had normal traffic and a couple of new subscribers in the last hour, so it must be quite recent, but I've not logged in or done anything to the back end.
This is the error

Server adminstrator has set Plugin / system rokcommon to 000 in permission
Was set at 0776
This has got some of the front end operating and the administrator login back up
Erro: RokSprocket needs the RokCommon Library and Plug-in installed and enabled. The RokCommon System Plug-in needs to be before the RokSprocket System Plug-in in the Plug-in Manager
RokGallery needs the RokCommon Library and Plug-in installed and enabled.
I can log into the the administrator panel now, when I try to open the plugin in the plugin manager I get this
500 - An error has occurred.
The file rokcommon.xml could not be found.
Any progress on this?
