why are sites always trying to connect s7.addthis.com

In many occasions I have to work without internet connection.
I use wamp server to run joomla in my laptop and install rockettheme templates. But when I try to open the homepage it always take a long time, like 1 minute; in the status bar of my explorer, it says, connecting to s7.addthis.com.... Now what is this? Trying to connect to it in a non-internet enviroment greatly undermine my work, almost always have to wait a long time before the site realize this outside URL can't be connected and eventually open the pages.

You have some social sharing extensions or plugins that are trying to access that site. Disable them and you should be ok
