Enable Mynxx Cart button -

Hi,
I was running my site as a catalog for awhile and now I have enabled online ordering but I can figure out how to turn the show cart button which sits next to the login button and the font re-sizing controls. I have looked and looked and googled galore but I am coming up with nothing.
I have combed through my plugins and found several cart plugins that were disabled. I enabled them one at a time to see if that would turn it on but it didd't. I checked in the template config file where you can turn on and off template features and it is not there.
What is the name of the plugin or can anyone point me to the right place.
I am running joomla 2.5.7 and the most recent VM

- Seriously, no one can help with this? I have been pulling my hair out trying to find the cart button.

I guess in Mynxx Joomla 2.5 that button is just not integrated since it has VM tuff in it at all ...
