Converting Maelstrom to be Responsive

Can anyone advise of recomend anyone that could convert the Maelstrom template to be responsive.
I don;t need the flexibility of being able to modify from one particular setting with the scrolling header (see www.ezrvhire.com.au ) but need this be compatible to work on any type of device.

- Does anyone know when or how quickly maelstrom might be ready. We have tried to start a conversion but it is such a mess. This is one of the coolest rockettheme templates ever and it so deserves to be responsive! Two clients want it and I am willing to kick in some dev coin. Any one want to pass the hat with me! I LOVE RT
