      to the best of my knowledge, no. WordPress.com offers a specific set of themes, even for the premium users, so you can't use a custom designed theme there. All of the themes we offer here work with the wordpress.org, that is, self-hosted WordPress installations (please visit this page to learn more about the difference: en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ ).
