Integrate EZ Realty into a RocketTheme Template

I just bought EZ Realty and wanted to use one of the wonderful templates here at RocketTheme to support it, but I keep finding mixed answers on the forums. Some people say that you CAN'T use EZ Realty with RocketTheme templates because they have conflicting Javascript problems when wanting to use Google Maps. Others talk about their RocketTheme templates and how they integrated EZ Realty and have no problems what so ever. I'm Confused :-\
I absolutely love the templates here at RocketTheme (you guys are really changing the way people view personal websites), but I need EZ Realty because it has so many options to offer me as a Realtor. Will someone please help me understand whether or not I would be able to use RocketTheme templates with EZ Realty? If not, is there a way to fix the integration issue? If so, will you lead me in the right direction to which RT templates would work best for what I am trying to do or give me any pointers?

- It depends on the template, the templates in their raw form, just snazzy graphics and code will work fine. It's only the javascript which will cause problems which can be easily removed.
