SOLVED Noob question on Vertigo...

Well, maybe I'm just tired, but I cant figure out how to install Vertigo. I downloaded the files and put them in my styles directory with the rest of my styles (on the server), then went to the ACP and selected the style as usual - only to ged a code error - as far as I can tell, I got code saying I needed rokbb3. Well, I did a little research and found out the install directions, but now I cant find the needed rokbb3.zip file. Am I missing something? Where can I find and download the rokbb3.zip file?
