Hi has anyone an idea what happens here with my Chapelco Template?

I try to change the template into multilanguage and moved it one level down (the upstairs Menu represent the English Menu). To understand see the follow below:

Also in the German Menu, happens the follow:

The menu is just not their? What I have done in detail, I moved the Menu Templates from Main Menu to English Menu down, then I copied all what was in this Menua all into the German Menu.
The configuration in the Template is:
Menu Control: ON Dropdown Menu
Select a Menu: Dummy
Position: header-b
Responsive Menu: Selectbox
Enable ID: OFF
Modul Cache: On
I have found the Articel:

But still get the menu broken ... can anyone help me out?
