Template not displaying properly in Chrome/Firefox

I've recently just updated to Joomla 2.5.9 and Gantry 4.19 and now my template manager is no longer working and on top of the its not displaying correctly in Chrome or Firefox. Here is a screen shot of how it looks now. Any help is greatly appreciated.
FY - Website works fine in IE.
