What is going on with RocketTheme???
Is no one home? Where is the support? I have submitted 5 questions in 2013 - just 5! How many responses have I gotten? Exactly 1! 20% support is not much support if you ask me! I would lose 80% of my customers with that support level.
As you probably can see, I am VERY upset with RT at this point
, and further use of their templates is under re-evaluation.
Hey Forum leaders, it is polite to respond, even it is "don't know, we will work on it".

- It is difficult to leave them sitting with no bump. I have one with 140+ views about a huge error I'm leaving on my home page - in the hopes of help and it is very difficult to NOT bump the thread but leave it with it's 0 responses.

Hi there,
It may be difficult but when we are answering around 4,000 to 5,000 posts a month we rely on the 'unanswered' posts tool as our priority means of support.
Can you imagine how many posts would get missed if we had to trawl each forum in turn?
