    Install has frozen

    • Hi,

      What is the most common reason for a rocketlauncher install to hang?

      I have successfully uploaded the Cerulean package to my root folder using plesk. I have checked all specs and they are fine. I created a DB and user, uploaded and unzipped file and navigate to the install page. All looks fine but as soon as I try to go to the 2nd install page - nothing, it just hangs.

      Anyone had similar issues or able to help.

    • What Cerulean RocketLauncher are you using, J2.5 or J3.0. Do you have a link to the URL your installing on?
