Joomla! 1.0.13 Stable
Released on July 21, 2007 at 16:00 GMT. SVN Build 8141.
Joomla! 1.0.13 is a minor security release that addresses several small security vulnerabilities, bugs, and long-awaited features.
Now it would be really nice to be able to use rocketlauncher, without having to downgrade to a less secure version of joomla
Is there a reason why it can't be done for 1.0.13? Just curious.
Godaddy seems to install 1.0.13 ,but I have a way of uninstalling and going back to 1.0.12, but wanted to make sure if that isn't necessary, since I see there are security issues in 1.0.12 that 1.0.13 addresses .
From what I saw, your question was about rocketlauncher being 1.0.12. If you were going to use that, you can, then just patch it to 1.0.13. It's just a few files.
If you use the godaddy installer, then just load the template without RL. You just won't get the demo content is all.
Rocketlauncher was released before 1.0.13. I don't know what the new ones are, but some of the older ones I know were 1.0.12. I wouldn't expect them to go back and retro the older versions. No point really, just do an install and patch it.
