RocketLauncher 3.0 for two seperate templates fail

I have tried two different template installations using RocketLauncher and both appear with Menu system entirely off. Menu items are either in text down the side of the page or listed across the top.
I have full access to system, downloaded RocketLauncher 3.0 for my template, copied the entire contents of the directories and all files and placed in a folder off root. There is no problem reported during installation and the configuration file generated at end of install is created in root of site. Installation folder is mv'd to a backup name and site loads but looks like crap. Only Administrators section looks normal.
I"m sure there is some config setting that is missing but I don't get it.
Any help or suggestions highly welcomed.

If you are using RocketLouncher, then its was a complete joomla installation, not just the template.

- First of all, check if your permissions are all "green" in the Joomla admin.
- Please reply with a direct link to the issue & create a new thread for each new issue.

URL not working.
Its hard to tell, but seems to me that you are missing the style files. What about the backend? is it loading properly?

Thanks for the feedback. @Prim Always provide a direct link is not possible when its an internal development server - that should be understood as a possibility...so its not an always.
Lets take a step back. From the beginning, given the following:
1. Latest Mac OS and Server installed and running
2. Fresh Download of RocketLauncher 3.0 for "Template-X".
What is the full published installation process. I have seen old installation guidelines for 2.5 but not 3.0 and screens and options no longer match.
I will perform a fresh install if I can find a clean installation guideline for RL. So far I have not found one or i'm looking in the wrong place.
