Slice Save Error - both dimensions must be larger than 0

Hi Support,
We are using rt_reflex on a J1.5.23 installation.
Upon wanting to edit a gallery with RokGallery, we cannot save our slices as a box keeps popping up saying, "Slice Save Error - both dimensions must be larger than 0"
We have tried to change the title, caption, tags etc, but no amount of tweaking is making it save.
Is it the image dimensions perhaps? As the image is 960px wide by 300px high, and that is the slice size we require, so the marquee dimensions are 0.
Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Im have the exact same issue. Same dimensions for the image on the showcase rokgallery slide show.
