These are some templates that are perfect for business applications. These present a clean, organized and minimalist approach to web-design.

Wow! Thanks for all the responses. You guys certainly are good at telling your side and finding strengths in RT's offerings. Which is a good thing! That's great for RT. I think I'm a little misunderstood and I probably should have worded my post a little differently. I love the examples everyone shows by the way, it's refreshing to see customized Joomla sites out there.
I guess what i'm trying to say, is that the direction, as a whole; as a template company, is stagnant. The direction of design has not "broadened-its-horizons" so to speak.
This as a whole is what's wrong with Rocket Theme.
I know you can customize the crap out of any template and out of the suggestions posted, for business, the best one I would say is Global Biz.
It's the whole 2.0 Web buzz word that is getting really annoying. It's like the radio playing the good new song way too much.
I've been building websites and working on the web since the old 300 baud modem days with fingers doing all the ATDT commands. So I've seen the evolution and am aware of what's going on around in web design. I am a member of Refresh which is web designers, much smarter than I, that are at the very forefront of the way things are shaping up. I think a big problem I see is that these "trends" are becoming a "standard". Not all the time but for some things. A nice Rails shopping cart that you drag and drop a product into a shopping cart icon to shop. That's neat, but shouldn't be expected on all sites. I, personally think that functionality is a little bit trite.
Whatever it is, but it would be nice if the Rocket Themes hired another person with a different sense of style to make a template a month and that way they can have two templates per month with completely different looks and useages. Who doesn't want that? Then as a whole, if you did a quick scan of all the templates, one wouldn't come to a snap decision that RT themes all look the same.
well the big push these days is community.. and some sites are more community driven then others... RT is a community, but currently is a community of users that are active in taking away from this site. a whole new realm could exist here if members could contribute.
so say along with a rt theme per month would also be a contributors theme of the month,, themes that they would not mind "giving back" that would still be copy protected by rt and supported by this very same community. It is safe to say enough talent exists here that RT would not have to overly support these contributed themes.
