Whole template and folder Dissapeared

Can anyone tell me what happened here? The only thing i tried to do was to change permission on the configuration file.

It also seems like jomlaexplorer is totally fucked up, i have uninstalled it, but now i got problems installing it since the folder no longer exsist. The only thing i can do is to log on as an administrator
