Hello all
Sorry, if this has been posted before, but just wanted to make people aware, and potentially save the days of head scratching I've gone through before finally solving this problem.
The IE10 (and 9) bug mentioned here:

was causing my site (based on Chapelco) not to display properly in IE10. It also affects the main Rockettheme website.
This only affects PC's that have the Helvetica font installed, so as you can imagine, finding the cause of the problem was not easy, Workaround is to either delete the Helvetica font, or (as I have done), change the order of font declarations in your CSS from 'Helvetica, Arial' to 'Arial, Helvetica'
