wow the above i would love to do but i dont follow sorry it sounds very technical for someone so novice as me
i'll get back onto the net registry live chat and see about this server again.
I sometimes use a freelancer he is the one who put my grass image there, maybe he can help do what you have explained but i would have thought he would have done this right the first time.
I use him from a website freelancer, i get a bit worried using them at times ive had a bad experience with one before.

by the way cheers ive now un installed the JCH, i tried all different settings and my page score didnt improve anyways, i rather not have extensions if not needed

- ohhh i cant believe it they are telling me once again my site loads fast! i just did the google test and copied my core of 38 out of 100 to them, is this strange they insist it loads fast?

Not really - they will almost certainly be doing a test from the same network - rather than over the internet so that's not a real world test. Hosts always do this...
