How to install MooTools 1.1 Library in Joomla 1x?

I need to install the MooTools 1.1 Library on my Joomla 1x site - but I don't have a clue how.
Rather than someone pointing me to MooTools.net - could someone please help walk me through how to install the MooTools 1.1 Library on my Joomla 1x site?
This could be a great Sticky item for RT as well, for those of us who need to use MooTools - but don't have Joomla 1.5 where it's pre-installed.

- Almost every one of the last few templates already has mootools Chris. What' more, I believe there are tutorials here on how to do this. It's as simple as adding one line to your template index.php file and uploading mootools.js to the template folder or subfolder.

I couldn't find the tutorials.
I'm using the Elixer 2.0 template - which doesn't have the mootools 1.1 installed with the template.
Would you be able to possibly post the one line I need to add to my index.php and where I can get the mootools.js to upload to my template folder?

Elixer is already mootools powered.
If you're trying to update the default Elixer mootools to a newer version, simply replace the exiting mootools.js file with the new version. Upload it via FTP. You don't need to edit index.php to do that.
Should be in /rt_elixer/js or something like that.
Note that the scripts that come with Elixer (reflection.js and slimbox.js) that rely on mootools may no longer work when you update it. - Say no to Internet Explorer 6.
