Vbulletin theme from PHPBB theme

Hi guys,
Does anyone know how easy it is to mod a vulletin theme from a PHPBB one?
I'm specifically referring to RT themes for PHPBB, I want to purchase one but as I am using Vbulletin and really hate the management side of PHPBB there is no way I am giving up Vbulettin for PHPBB no matter how cool the theme looks..
I've designed my own styles for Vbulettin before, so I know my way around the style generator but has anyone transferred the CSS and what not from a paid for PHPBB theme onto Vbulletin?
I know RT will not be creating themes for Vbulletin so I think this is the best option.
