- Does anyone know about the legality of using the PDF icon contained in these templates? I am trying to confirm there is no trademark infringement and can't find any discussion of that on the internet. Just thought maybe someone here had already insured we were legally protected.

Other than the Adobe PDF file icon, Adobe does not generally allow the use of product icons by third parties in their materials.

- Are you suggesting that when we have the PDF option turned on, and it displays and icon different than the Adobe PDF icon, we are infringing?

- I don't think you can make, sell, or promote a product using a trademark. It's not infringing on anything.
