SOLVED rokcandy doesn't show in custom html?

Hi,
I just installed the rokcandy and it doesn't show in my custom html? and I'm trying using copy the code (typography icons) direct to custom html and it's now working..
Please help.

Did you enable "Prepare content" in module config? Also, did you enable RokCandy in content in RokCandy component Options?

Hi Igor,
I did already enable all the option for rokcandy but still it's not showing the button for the text articles or custom html. I'm trying to used to code for typography icons direct to text editor but it's now working as well.
I'm also trying to used some of the codes from typography using the code below and edit the name of icon I desired direct to text editor but It's not working that's why I realized if I should define first the code from rokcandy to used it.

Which template do you use? Usually those typography classes works in the content and not in modules but I will be able to tell more when I see the web site and that specific module
Please post a URL to your site so we can look for you. Without a link to page where the problem is on your site it is quite hard for us to provide the best solution due to so many variables. Even in the articles "text editor" don't show the rokcandy button. I need to put some icon like address in my footer position.
Please help me out how to do the icons work, I've try using rokcandy before by defining it using the rokcandy.

- Can you confirm that RokCandy is actually installed and that you enabled all the RokCandy plugins? Where exactly can I see this RokCandy code which is not working on your site?

Actually no rokcandy button at all? even in articles text editor...I check the plugin and it's all enable
The code not even working like in roksprocket features, I tried to copy the code format on the rocketlauncher on the sample roksprocket features(showcase position) and it's not even working... Is this because that the rokcandy does not work on the template? or do I need to fix something.
Would you mind to check my backed so that you could see what's the problem?

Ok. You had "Strip HTML" set to Yes in RokSprocket config and it should be set to No. I disabled this parameter now and your RokSprocket module content look correctly now - Check my services at: Mihha-Vision

Thanks for checking my backend but where exactly the "strip html" located
? I can't find it in article options. Anyhow, how come I still don't see the I candy button on the text editor?
Why I need rokcandy? because I want to put some icons like in my contact us(footer) or I don't know how to used rokcanday anymore :cheesy: would you mind to teach me how to use it. I've used rokcandy before and it showing the button on the text editor.

RokCandy button is not working (for some reason which I am not familiar with) with TinyMCE editor. I would recommend you to use other editor anyway. For example, JCE editor if you need to have WYSIWYG editor or RokPad2 if you are familiar with pure HTML - Check my services at: Mihha-Vision
