SOLVED Error after 3.1.5 Joomla update

Not sure if anyone has noticed any errors after update to Joomla 3.1.5
I have just started new site and installed Oculus with Joomla 3 and then updated to 3.1.5 as soon as it was installed.
I have also installed RokGallery and JCE. But the problem I have is that all the additional controls to each page are missing.
For instance I see there are 4 additional extension updates available, which I can see on the update page but the update button is missing.
RokGallery only opens to blank screen. Article manager has no options to create new etc. This is the same on every page. - Last Edit: 11 years 9 months ago by Wicko.

- How dumb is that. I fell at the first hurdle. Logged in again this morning and all is ok so I guess the cache has cleared itself. Doesn't matter how many time you have done it you still trip up on the simplest of things.
