Ximenia bundle fails to load on IPage

I'm sure this might have been covered, but I could not find it.
I need help from you experts, I've been working on this for about three weeks and ready to give up. I have been trying to install a bundle template and failing over and over. Each time I start from scratch clean upload I'm stuck each time at the very first step of the install at language. It happens with the j25 bundle and the same with the j30 bundle. I have tried many things regarding file permissions and php.ini changes none of which get me past this hang.
I originally tried on networksolutions hosting and had similar but different problems so i switched to ipage and still cant get the site up and running. I can get the site running by installing joomla by itself and then adding the ximenia template but lose all the demo stuff that is the heart of this template.
I appreciate any and all help. thank you
