What's an Entitlement ? IN FRENCH

Hi
I've been a RocketTheme user in the past.
I'm now interested to renew with RocketTheme but i realy can't understand what a Entitlement is...
I've read this page www.rockettheme.com/help/entitlements but it do not help because of my lack of english spoken...
If someone could explain me better what is that thing and in French...
eg for this one:

60 Days
You can download any theme/plugin/update and have access to the forum during 60 days.
Entitlements: 1
This just means that you can use any template you want but only on ONE site, online.
Entitlements are not time-limited so your site will not stop to function after 60 days.
I guess you could see it as a kind of "license" but you don't install anything. - Please reply with a direct link to the issue & create a new thread for each new issue.
A template is only as good as the content that goes into it

Oh yes i see.
It has changed because, in 2011 i was able to download and install as many site i want...
Now, if i well understand i could not install more than one online site if i choose the $50 club...
