Panacea Template Manager Not Working

- I have uploaded an attachment of what I am seeing when I click the Panacea template when logged into the backend of my Joomla site. Any help is appreciated. I am running Joomla 1.5. I do need to update this from 1.5 to 2.5 I assume.
