Error in Joomla

Hello, good morning ...
I have a problem with my site I am using joomla 3.1 all works perfectly. the problem comes when installing Roksprocket once installed and want to enter the module manager shows me 500 error as if I enter pantillas manager. is that roksprocket Rokcommon is installed with. when I can turn off manually enter Rokcommon and managers already mentioned. I tried uninstalling and roksprocket rokcommon and reinstall and keeps sending me the same error. I have PHP, Apache, Mysql with the latest version I hope I can help.
