Website Not working - nebulae

Hello! I am not sure if there is a better place to post this or not, but I am having an issue with my website, which is using the Nebulae template that is very frustrating as I cannot figure out the problem.
Thursday my website worked fine. Friday there was an issue with the database, my service provider reset the password and the web-site came back, however, this is that it looks like http://www.spattymac.com when it should look like this http://tinyurl.com/nnkgufp .
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!

I see these errors:
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot set property 'constructor' of undefined mootools.js:3

Uncaught RangeError: Maximum call stack size exceeded
It looks like you are loading mootools twice due to this plugin:
<script src="/components/com_vipportfolio/assets/mootools.js" type="text/javascript"></script> - Please reply with a direct link to the issue & create a new thread for each new issue.
A template is only as good as the content that goes into it

You are currently on Joomla 1.5 this needs to be updated to Joomla 2.5.+ ASAP as Joomla 1.5 reached its end of life well over two years ago. It is a major security risk for your site to be on that platform still and as web browsers progress in their technology support levels things will stop working correctly and we do not support joomla 1.5 extensions actively any longer for the above reasons and more.

Thank you for your feedback! I am currently in the process of backing my site up to update the Joomla to 2.5. =) I will then try to up-date the template.
