SIMPLE job listing board?

I'm trying to find a good solution for a client and all of the (expensive) Job Board components are overkill.
I'm hoping some of the smart folks in the Rockettheme community can help me out with some ideas.
Client is a Chamber of Commerce. Members pay for their membership and enhanced directory listings (via SobiPro and Akeeba Subscriptions)
As a membership benefit they can list job openings at NO CHARGE.
Visitors/guests should be able to search these listings and apply online (no charge) and email a resume.
Email should be hidden.
Any ideas of how I could quickly and easily make this happen? K2 solution perhaps?
