Dynamic Content to Local Pages + Locator? (see flow chart)

This image is hidden for guests.We have 93 dealers in 93 different cities. Each dealer will have its own local page with their NAP, Bio, Testimonials, Google Map, Photos, etc. Looking for a dynamic way for me to input all (or most) of this data from a .CSV file or something into their pages rather than manually entering. Also, adhering to http://schema.org tags for NAP is a must.

BONUS: A Dealer Locator with map would be a plus, but individual pages for each dealer is a must. If I can get both with an extension or custom scripting that would be perfect.
Any help you can offer toward how to implement this is appreciated.
