    gantry and roknavmenu throwing errors

    • All of a sudden i have started receiving the following error messages. nothing on the server has changed and the site has been live for a couple years. the site address is www.gosmallbiz.com . Any help would be much appreciated.

      PHP Notice: Undefined index: HTTP_USER_AGENT in \wwwroot\libraries\gantry\core\gantrybrowser.class.php on line 91

    • Let me guess, you are using IE11?

      You should really upgrade to Joomla 2.5.16 and also update Gantry, template and all other RT extensions.

      Why are you using IIS instead of Apache/Linux?

    • Thanks for the quick response.

      No I'm using ff25 but am seeing the errors in the server logs. Unfortunately we are using iis because that is what our company has.

      Is the only fix to update everything? I only ask because the last time i upgraded the template, ganrty, joomla, etc. it was quite the ordeal.

    • It shouldn't be difficult to update, you just tick what you want to update and Joomla will do the rest.

      Updating all that shouldn't take more than 30 minutes depending on the server and also the speed of its connection :)
