Admin Email Notification Problem Please Help

- I am trying to have it so that when a new user (dealer) signs up for an account the Admin will get an email with custom fields that I have already created in the new registration form. Mainly Dealership Name. The website is Atlasheadrest.com The page is Dealer Purchase. Please Help, need an answer soon. Thanks. I need some php code that I can put into the registration.php file. Thanks!!

- I can't really help much with this but you have to enable the php mailer in php.ini and have all the email server/accounts configured correctly.
