Ok, I asked this in the main joomla thread about a week ago but no replies so I thought I would ask here why it does this and even when I do a restore from a backup..
Error You do not have access to the administrator section of this site.
Now my admin does not work..it is very random when it does this.

Ok, here is an odd thing, I found a small post about it and it said to
PhpMyAdmin in the site database prefix_user_usergroup_map table locate the id number of the user you are checking if that user is not a member of group id 8 then you need to edit that particular record and change the value to an 8. The various Group IDs are detailed in the prefix_usergroups tables prefix_ obviously replaced with whatever the prefix of your site database tables is.
But it still does not answer the question that most people have is "Why would it change it from 8 to say in my case 2..

Any additional ACL components you are using?

Sorry I have not gotten back to you sooner my partner just went into hospital with heart failer so this was the last thing on my mind.
And yes it is pretty odd it did it again today and the fix I lied above did not work at all. Even clearing out sessions as another post suggests did not work.
As for the list

That is all I can think off. As you can imagine as I do not understand this kind of stuff it is really frustrating to say the least.
