How to include Google search module in site??

Hi all,
I want to include Google search feature for my search module so kindly provide me steps to include and implement google search module in Acacia theme.

we had installed ITP google search as plugin, but when we imply it on the site, there is a slight problem, the alignment of the header is not maintained as it suppose to be.
Here i had put images shows my problem
So, please guide me how can i solve that problem.
