- I have a new employee who will be working with the RT Templates. Assume she has NO knowledge of HTML or Css for now. What is the best way to teach her how to use the templates?

Instead of 1:1 sessions I also suggest to do screen recordings/tutorials in a private youtube channel. So the person can go back and just look at it again ...
Also strip down the wysiwg editor. Just offer basic options ...
