- I org. installed Voxel as 3.0 with Rocketlauncher, can this template be supported with 3.2? I lookded at the grid and it seems to be supported ? also, if it is can I jump right in to the auto update in my site that says joomla 3.2 is available.

- I honestly wouldn't recommend you to use Joomla 3.2 just yet. It has so many bugs that you will spend all your efforts in solving them. Just check the official Joomla forum and official Joomla bug tracker and check what other users report. Are you sure you want to go that path?

Thank your for the advice.
I have read some posts that say to hold off until 3.5 if I do this will I be able to jump right in to 3.5 from 3.0? If you could please answer the below concerns I have with current 3.0 version.
I don't see an update for 3.1 in my template admin it only shows 3.2 even though I am using 3.0 .
Can or should I update manually to 3.1 /or is 3.0 ok to use?
I can't find an akeeba backup to support 3.0 that's what concerns me using 3.0
I am keeping up with my updates for extensions you recommend that right?

You can manually download Joomla 3.1.6 package and update your Joomla installation to it. Search the web for the package and upgrade guide
You can also see here that Akeeba backup supports all Joomla 3 versions (even Joomla 3.2)
