Hi sorry, but i am a complete noob, i have installed XAMPP and have downloaded the Rocketlauncher bundle for corvus template.
The xampp install went well and is working.
I have created a new db, i have launched rocketlauncher and filled in the details in section 1 the configuration screen.
It has been on this screen for about 15 minutes now.
My question's are:
1) has it got stuck
2) if yes what should i do now

I have installed XAMPP version
XAMPP 1.8.3
Apache 2.4.7
MySQL 5.6.14
PHP 5.5.6
phpMyAdmin 4.0.9
FileZilla FTP Server 0.9.41
Tomcat 7.0.42 (with mod_proxy_ajp as connector)
Strawberry Perl 5.16.3.1 Portable
XAMPP Control Panel 3.2.1 (from hackattack142)
And:
Corvus corvus-rocketlauncher_j31.zip
And using the guide found at magazine.joomla.org/issues/issue-mar-201...-joomla-30-made-easy

Hi,
Maybe not such a noob after all, i have managed to sort out the above problem.
It appears as though it was down to the version of PHP that the latest XAMPP uses, i downloaded an earlier version with PHP 5.4+, I now have the demo site on my localhost.
