I am building a series of internal portals and would like to include RSS feeds. Unfortunately, I cannot (nor can any of the rather sour security people) help me get through the firewall proxy with PHP. So, I cheated. I created a site outside the firewall that is dedicated to the feeds and then wrapped it in my site. I have attached an image of the result. I am using the rather awesome Vortex template.
Here is my challenge. I want to remove all the graphics that you see in the wrapped site so that it is seamless with the wrapping site. I am not savvy with CSS, as demonstrated by the hours I spent monkeying with the setting in the file to no avail. Can someone please give me a few tips on how I might accomplish my goal? Thanks!
on the site that you are wrapping, it appears you are using another joomla install... If you are, then modify the templates index.php and take the <?php mosMainbody(); ?> out of the <table class="bodybox">. I think this will render what you want.
Another method would be to import your info into a standard html or php file
