Ok on my list are Leviathan and Spectral.
The feeling I get Leviathan is better because I can put more components and info the Realtor needs on the site.
Moreover, what I was thinking of doing with Leviathan was pushing the front page down and put at the top the revolution slider: with an example like this... http://preview.ait-themes.com/index.php?bartype=desktop&theme=lawyer

I would go for Spectral as the number of positions between the two is almost the same. The only advantage of Leviathan is the the sidepanel.
Too many realtors/estate agents try to cram too much into too small a space, (Seems to be a worldwide thing) almost as if they need to get everything onto one page. So Spectral would make them rethink and use the space to create a clean rather than cluttered site.
Just my opinion. :cheesy:

- The only, good I see out of something like Leviathan is that it is using the similar format of others but the space will be much or organised. I think brokers like the format because when people come to the site they actually need information and putting it in a nice format helps digest and find that information. I would worry that the format of Spectral would be too clean and open to not focus in on those elements. i.e. property listings.
