how to get support as member ? and where to write topic?

Excuse me I am beginner to this forum I have membership with rockettheam but I don't know how to get support ? Is by writing topic in this forum only ? If yes where should I write here (Member Sites) OR in (general discussion)?

Yes you write down your question in the template- & plugin-specific forums.
Include as much information as possible, including a link to your site, error-messages (if you have any), PHP version and so on.
If we ask for access to your site then you can send the moderator a PM with the following info:
Link to the site and to the administrator part.
Login-details to your FTP, CMS (Joomla/WordPress/phpBB3 and similar) and database info. - Please reply with a direct link to the issue & create a new thread for each new issue.
A template is only as good as the content that goes into it
