roksproket very frustrated

I paid alot of money for membership, I need a feature that works, I am trying to use roksproket module and use the option strips but it defaults to very small skinny image, the width is fine just wont' go tall like the image I add.
I don't have the knowlege to add custom code, I want to be able to add it in the template itself.
Can someone please help !

1. RokSprocket is a free product you don't need a membership to download it
2. If you need help with RokSprocket .... please post in the RokSProcket forum
3. the hight of the strips is not added automatically. You need to add some css for that (including @media rules)
4. post a link so we can take a look ...
