Hello,
Before i continue pay and extend my membership, i need to clarify and confirm few things as below;
Right now my website using Joomla 2.5.14 with rt-camber template (done some modification on css), can i upgrade to joomla version 3 with paradigm template without starting from scratch.. ? I just need to upgrade the joomla to latest version and change the template to paradigm without losing any articles, modules, etc on it...

While there is no way to 100% guarantee that you'll have no problems, this should be relatively simple in theory. It really depends on your extensions you have installed. You need to ensure that all your extensions you have installed are Joomla 3.2 compatible, and more importantly you've actually updated all your extensions BEFORE upgrading from 2.5 to 3.2.
Regarding RocketTheme, the template itself is basically Joomla version agnostic. The Gantry framework handles any changes between versions, so if your running the latest verison of Gantry, you should be all fine there. Also, all the latest versions of our extensions work 100% with Joomla 3.2.
Of course, we can't speak for other 3rd party extensions, so you'll need to do that research yourself.
Also, I would strongly suggest trying this in a test/dev environment first. It's supremely risky to try this kind of upgrade in a production environment without any testing first.
