SOLVED Logo and Dropdown menu

I'm using Alerion template and for some reason my logo will show up sometimes and others it will not. I have the logo selected in the template manager and it shows up there, but doesn't when on the frontend.
In addition, I have the dropdown menu selected in the template manager > under menu > then menu control > Type > Dropdown-Menu and it is turned on (blue). But, it will not show the dropdown (submenu items).

- I checked and all the template settings are the same, but still no logo or drop-down menu. By the way, are there videos on Rocketheme that will allow me to learn more about the system?

For some reason the dropdown menu is working on Contact us page, but not on the education page. Is there a reason why it might work on one and not the other?

Dan,
I sent you the information in the secure section. I was going to install phpBB and pay the $50 bucks for the phpBB style for the Alerion template i'm using. I currently have the Kunena forum, but was told phpBB is a better one, would you agree? I do like the matching template style.
I was also wondering if you would be willing to install the phpBB and the alerion theme. I will be glad to pay you.

was using Login/Password but it does not seem to be working.

Hey Kat,
Thanks so much for your help. In the secure area you will find my login information, I checked it this time and it's working. Also, you will see that the showcase is not showing up at the top, and not sure what I did to turn that off or change the configuration....by the way, I'm a newbie.
I really like Rocketthemes, great templates and extensions.

i had a look and the 'contact us' dropdown works for me on all pages.
the 'education' dropdown does not work on any page. the reason seems to be a setting for the 'education' menu item.
please check > menus > mainmenu > education > dropdown menu option > child item type = 'module positions'.
instead of 'module positions' you need to set it to 'menu items'.
regarding the logo, it's showing for me on any page i have tried, did you resolve this issue meanwhile?
