contact form - different style

Hello!
If you check the following 2 Links, you will see the same contact form, but different style ( size of form ) and different heading and title!
moving-head.eu/index.php/support/contact
moving-head.eu/index.php/home/test-contact
I really tried hard to find any different settings, but i can`t.
Please help!

Hello,
The styling is dependent on the menu alias being 'contact'.
So if you change the alias from:
moving-head.eu/index.php/home/test-contact
to
moving-head.eu/index.php/home/contact
the form will display like your first link:
moving-head.eu/index.php/support/contact
