    Menu In Technopia

Posted 11 years 3 months ago
    • It's been so long, and access to the Technopia template info is no longer available. I know how it sounds, but I can't remember the name of the style menu that was used on it. Suckerfish maybe?
I've uploaded an example. Sorry to be such a simpleton, but I'm suffering from CRS right now.
I need a 3.22 template I can replicate the menu with. Any ideas would help.

    • Hi there,

      Yes, it was suckerfish.

The nearest starting points would be Halcyon, Visage and Camber.

Joomla 3.X is Short Term Support and is meant to help developers test their extensions in readiness for Joomla 3.5 and as such every release will create problems as the Joomla team introduce new code and changes. I will not put any of my clients to J3 until 3.5 has been out a few months and the bugs are ironed out.

Check Joomla site here - www.joomla.org/download.html - where it says "For those already on Joomla 2.5, we recommend waiting until Joomla 3.5 before upgrading unless you need the features of 3.2."

      Hope this helps 8)

    • Actually David... it helps alot. It means I can just delete, remove the 3.2 versions and do upgrades to 2.5 and forget worrying about it...for now. I'd rather do that, and reimport the data than continue to make very very little progress. To be honest, I had forgot to check and see if it was stable. You'd think I'd learn after 20 years. But no-o-o-o-o-o....
Beat me, kick me. Make me write bad checks. ;-)
      I appreciate it.
