i have asked for support before and it seemed the the support staff just waited til my support timer ran out(dont know for sure), then none of my questions were kept with the new change to 3.0 here at rocket theme. or they are , im just not allowed to see them, 403.
I know it must suck to deal with Noobs. I have learned a ton dealing with my own issues. Im getting better but i have now encountered theme compatibilty issues with the newer updates that are coming out. so do themes be updates? or are we forced to not update to the newer and probably safer updates? Just some thoughts now that i am 403'ed out of the theme support forum. I dont feel confident that if i spend more money, my issues will be dealt with......
