Rename a J3 Rockettheme template

Hi all,
I just downloaded the anacron rocketlauncher j3.2 version. I wanted to rename the template for source viewing purposes, I wanted the source view to reflect the company name that the project is for. In my opinion it is more pleasing for the client.
I downloaded the rocketlauncher zip file and unzipped it to my local pc
Then I ran a program I have called Wingrep. It is a free download, just Google it.
Click the search button, direct it to your (expanded) rocketlauncher folder, DO NOT drill down to the template folder, it needs to search the whole RL folder.
It will then return a comprehensive list of of all files that contain the search phrase, in this case it was rt_anacron.
Once it returns the list you can click the replace button, input your new phrase that you want to replace rt_anacron with new_name.
Once this is done zip the folder back up and you are ready to upload the renamed rocket launcher and continue with your install.
I have completed my install and had a look around front end and admin and all seems fine so far.

Yes, I can see that. With this method you would have to run grep search and replace on the update before applying it. Not too big a deal really.
Is there a more approved method?

We dont recommend and won't really support renamend templates.
This will also cause issues with new update methods that may come in the future wich are based on checksums.
Do whatever you want be we don't support that.
